I think so. Food and hunger is a consistent theme in Fujimoto's work as early as his one-shot Niwa ni wa Niwa Niwatori ga ita (which I believe he wrote when he was 17) which is about a world where aliens have taken over and use humans as livestock. Also, side-note: In Niwa ni wa Niwa Niwatori ga ita there is a alien who is protecting and raising a little girl, he claims to be doing this so he can fatten her up and eat her later similar to Power's initial dynamic with Meowy. Then there's Fire Punch, of course, where the main character who has incredible regenerative powers chops off his limbs in order to feed his village. Cannibalism also re-appears in Chainsaw Man at the end. Many of Fujimoto's stories have similar elements. For example, in Fire Punch, the main character (Agni) is in a sort-of incesteous relationship and in another of Fujimoto's one-shot two sisters paint naked portraits of each other. You could also say that Denji and Power are, in a way, incesteous as they are surrogate siblings but do a lot of sexually suggestive (or in some cases straight up sexual) things together. It should also be mentioned that Fujimoto has a "thing" about sisters as he has a Twitter account where he pretends to be his sister (he does not have a sister) There's also characters being into older and more powerful women. Denji and Makima in Chainsaw Man, and Sasaki and Fawaguchi in Sasaki-kun Catches a Bullet. Also like the Makima-Denji relationship Sasaki sees Fawaguchi as a god. It should be mentioned that Fujimoto is attracted to powerful women himself. Not only has he said that he loves Makima he also tells a story in a interview about how in college a girl tipped over his bike and he found that really hot. Love, however, is his, in my opinion, most consistent idea he discusses in his works (aside from, maybe, food\hunger) it is prominent in (as far as I'm aware) all his works. The love in his works are usually fucked up in some way but there are cases of it being sweet.
