This was such a great workout! Using the Pilates ball made it fun and challenging at the same time. I’m looking forward to the next workout with the Pilates ball and Caroline Jordan’s upbeat, positive instruction ✨

I'm used to being pretty active. I have a heal spur inflamed at the moment, so daily tasks like cleaning and talking care of my kids is about all my foot can handle and even at that it's not going well. Somone suggested chair workouts, but I am not one to make up a routine for myself. I was searching in KZbin and found your workouts. I did the 7 min chair blast yesterday and today did this one. I am so happy to find your workouts. I burned 300 calories in 30 minutes doing this Pilates ball chair workout. I will definitely be doing your workouts to help stay in shape since I can't work out on my feet at the moment. Thank you, Caroline! PS I love your positivity in these workouts.

This has to be my favorite work out!! I definitely was sparkling, my heart rate was up and I felt amazing after words!! I would love to see more chair Pilates 💕💕

Thank you so very much for this chair cardio workout with pilates ball! I recently had a stem cell treatment to my bad knee and have been instructed not to do any standing workouts so I tried this wonderful workout and it was a great length (please make more that are 30 mins or greater)! Your energy is infectious and you are my new guru! My only request is that you pair some music with your future fitness classes. Thank you again Caroline; you are the bomb 🤩💥☄️

My heart rate got up to 130 with this workout. I have tendonitis in both achilles so I'm not able to do my usual walking and other exercises. Thank you for your chair workouts! :)

Hi I’m new to Caroline 👋🏼 I recently tore my meniscus in my right knee doing a workout. I didn’t want to let that get me down so I searched seated workouts and I’m SO happy I found you Caroline! This was a great workout, I used my sons sensory ball which was great for my grip 👍🏼 my favorite set was the last one- not bc it was last but bc I really felt it and I pushed myself to use both legs 🌟 Caroline I love your bubbly cheerful attitude and I thank you for what you’re doing. I love you and your videos so much! I have Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy, which means my muscles are wasting, but I have been able to do your chair workouts in a modified way. There’s no cure (yet!) but working out can certainly help my muscles improve. You are literally the best coach and you keep me going when I want to stop. I am so happy I found your videos! Thanks for making the chair workouts for people like me who wants to work out but needs it modified. You’re the best!

GREAT WORKOUT!!! Being honest, I wasn't sure that this would be challenging enough, but now as I sit here sweating - I know I was wrong!! :) My heartrate was up there!!!!! THANKS for the new workout!

I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I was feeling depress and my doctor insists that I exercise 30 minutes per day, I saw your videos on diabetic work outs and it gave me hope. I especially love it when you say " punch out all the negativity" and im like im punching you diabetes 😂. Thanks for your videos you're a ray of sunshine ❤️
