My longevity doctor is KZbin! So grateful that all this information is out there and laid out by creators like you. My current routine, on top of daily exercise and hrt, is glycine, nac, taurine, creatine, collagen peptides, vit c and magnesium. I started bcp 157 2 days ago, but only plan on taking that to help recover from a knee injury

Please please please please please do a show on the most powerful sleep supplements! I feel like I've tried everything, supplements and lifestyle hacks, and yet my sleep is still horrible. One thing that may help you if you aren’t already taking it is magnesium. I take 3 capsules of Pure (the brand) magnesium a few hours before bed and it helps.

Yes, I agree magnesium but also extremely important is taking enough vitamin D with K2. I sleep like a rock since I started taking vitamin D.

Wow, I love these super transparent videos. Thanks to you I've had my wake up call to gear up for menopause - I turn 43 in December. Bought a rebounder, started glp-1 low dose therapy, and looking at weighed vests. All this stuff can super add up and I make median money in a single income household so I cannot express enough my appreciation on finding tried & true versus junk. Adding: Great point on Amazon supplements. I do watch to see the seller/shipper (like if it's a reputable store or straight from the brand) but considering I have gotten straight up crappy counterfeit Skechers before and dried up mascara before. Definitely switching up how I purchase.

Sleep video please! You always think of great things since you’re incredibly logical and practical. I’m sure all of us ladies who follow you already know about sleep hygiene and cutting off caffeine after a certain time. Some us do all the things and still wake up a lot or are struggling with our HRT doses or have progesterone sensitivity. A video like that would be soooo helpful for us!

Yes, please do a video on getting good sleep at night. I recently went off of bioidentical hormones because of medical reasons and my sleep went down the toilet. I have no problem falling asleep, but I wake up 4 hours later wide awake with my mind and thoughts taking over. I average probably 5 hours a night and my eye puffiness is a constant every morning now.

@@ClaireMcD Yes. But I don't like how I feel the next day, the grogginess on melatonin. What works somewhat is ZZZQuil that has some melatonin in it that doesn't bother me but it doesn't always work, sometimes though, it does.

My husband’s doctor told him not to take creatine because his kidney efg rate was at 50%. Is this true? Is it not good for people who have kidney issues? Later they checked him out and decided his efg rate was probably low because he had a larger percentage of muscle and works out a lot. But is Creatine ok for people who may be older and have reduced kidney function?

This is absolutely true about the supplements on Amazon. Two different times I saw a product I wanted to buy there and then I called the actual company and asked them if that was their product that was on Amazon and they said no absolutely not. It’s a fake.

I take the magnesium from bio optimizers. Do you take 6 pills like the recommend? I only take it at night with my sleep regimen. I take two. I feel like magnesium makes me tired if I take it during the day. I am on day 25 no alcohol. I am so glad I ran across your "stopping drinking" video. I stopped. Your story is so much like mine (as far as drinking goes....haha). I loved your piyo videos and I am starting the walking challenge tomorrow. You are so inspiring. You are the best. ❤ You are correct about insurance not covering these types of doctors or practitioners. 😢 I go to a kinesiologist and have her test my supplements. It's so interesting, too, because they can change from month to month if my body has become sensitive to a supplement. I'm sure menopause plays a role, and my body continues to change. 😔

Hmmm… don’t you mean you are taking 5 grams of Creatine, not 5 milligrams. And aren’t you really taking collagen peptides, not just plain collagen? Also I would like to know the brands you are taking. I take Procaps, a company owned by Andrew Lessman, who runs his company on solar energy, tests for purity, and contains no fillers or junk. I have been taking the 7 supplements you recommend for many years. I’m 72 chronologically, but test as 58 biologically. I dance (Jazzercise) four or five hours a week, walk my dogs, 5 hours a week, and feel emotionally and intellectually like I’m in my 40s. I was glad to see that your research and longevity doctors recommend the same things my research divulged. Thank you for your information! You look great!

Thank you for your content ❤now a nosey question. Have you ever been pregnant? I ask because one pregnancy when I was 17 completely blew out the skin on my thighs. I did go from 98 to 170 pounds. Your body skin is perfect! I don’t think I can fix the skin on my thighs short of a body lift. Ladies. Pregnancy is the ost damaging thing you can do to your body!

I researched NAD+ as well and finally came across RHO Nutrition. They have created a liposomal NAD+, as well as a resveratrol/curcumin, and glutathione (for inflammation) - they sell all three as a "Cellular Longevity Essentials" set but also many other products. Their products are created by Dr's and are 3rd party tested.

I'm afraid to start taking a collagen supplement I've taken them before but I stopped because they use hydrolyzed bovine etc etc and they are high in oxalates. I'm prone to kidney stones.

For sleeping I use 10 MG time released melatonin, but take it one hour before you want to be asleep and no starch or sugars before bed. If you have to have something eat some protein like chicken or fish or turkey because the sugar in your bloodstream will wake you up.

There's a highly highly reputable herbal / acupuncturist / healer here in Boulder Colorado and he uses a lot of Thorne substances. I'm with you there it absolutely does matter where you get your supplements! I like Markus Rothkranz . His stuff is absolutely amazing. He's an absolute genius when it comes to nutrition
