What a fantastic deep dive into the world of supplements, Dr. Gundry! 🌟 Your insights on vitamin C had me chuckling-who knew we were all just glorified guinea pigs when it comes to our vitamin intake? 🐹 But seriously, your point about the ghost gene is a great reminder that evolution has its quirks, and sometimes we need a little help from our supplement friends. I particularly appreciated your emphasis on vitamin D. With so many of us stuck indoors, binge-watching our favorite shows (guilty as charged!), it’s no wonder we’re all in desperate need of that sunshine in a bottle. ☀ And let’s not forget vitamin K2-who knew it was the unsung hero of calcium management? It’s like the bouncer at the club, making sure calcium only gets into the VIP section (our bones) and not the blood vessel dance floor! 💃🕺 For anyone still on the fence about supplements, your personal regimen is a great testament to their potential benefits. Just remember, folks, while supplements can be a game-changer, they’re not a substitute for a balanced diet. So, let’s keep those leafy greens in the mix! 🥗 Thanks for sharing your knowledge and humor, Dr. Gundry! Looking forward to more enlightening episodes. And hey, if you ever need a sidekick for your next supplement adventure, I’m just a comment away! 😄

Seed probiotics gave me the worst acid reflux and belly paid I've ever had! Not only do they automatically put you on a subscription program, this crap can actually make you feel significantly worst. Doctors are right, probiotics are in their infancy, no one really knows which ones are good for you and which are bad. Your gut is a delicate balance, adding this unregulated crap to your diet because some random "influencer" is paid to promote it can significantly throw that balance off! If you want probiotics do yourself a favor and don't get fooled by unrealistic claims, eat something natural like yogurt, kefir, kimchi, sauerkraut etc..

I was very fortunate in that due to a dedicated VA wound care nurse she was able to patch me up and cure albeit temporarily stop the bleeding. I was so pleased at the result that are resolved at that point to start looking for an answer to my weight problem. I had tried all of the diets I mean all. Then I read a book by Jason Fung about intermittent fasting and then I saw this interview and given his background as president of the AMA I was convinced that the clinical advice I had in the past which was the same old stuff diet and exercise might have been somewhat effective but only temporarily I needed a lifestyle change and what better than something that doesn't require you to eat anything special except nothing.

Your Dr. can prescribe B12 shots to you if you have someone to give you a shot. I don’t know if you can give them to yourself but you may be able to.

Not sure why you haven't mentioned magnisium glycinate?? Thata literally the best one out as you also get the benefits of the glycin combined with the bioavalibility. For the vitamin c, I would simple take about 100 grams of blueberry daily and that would suffice.

Mg spray leaves residue and only provides minimal amounts of magnesium. Just get some magnesium glycinate. It has more benefits anyhow.
