Finally got the chance to watch this in full, and my goodness!! This is probably one of the best Smash documentaries I've ever seen, not least because of the excellent music choices (LOVE the Penny Battle Theme at 17:00) and the extremely charming editing (that clip of C. Round going across the atlantic is legendary at this point, LMAO). You deserve all the appreciation you can get from this, and it's amazing to watch the story of a slightly lesser known star of the modern era in detail like this!!

Another awesome video! I think you are really putting out some great Melee content here and I appreciate the European representation as a foreign Melee scene appreciator. Pip is an inspirational player and I've been very happy to follow his successes throughout the past 2 years. Though Low Tide City is definitely not even close to a major LOL, I'm sure he will win one not too long from now anyway.

I was hoping this would be about pipsqueak. I like his channel a lot and I know he plays on a box which I also like! I use a hitbox in traditional fighting games so I feel some kinship there. If I had the necessary controller I might try melee because my gosh it's incredible. Luckily there's lots of other fighting games I enjoy equally or moreso. But maybe one day I'll learn to wavedash

Man I wanted to like pipsqueak when I first saw him play. Then I learned he was a box user and I thought "eh okay he's still good" then I saw how he acted at summit during the bad controller thing and now he is one of the players I cheer against. The summit thing. They had the hboxbox which was just a normal box that screamed hbox popoffs with every button press. Pipsqueak won it in the drawing thing. Then when they told him he couldn't use it because it ruined the spirit of the side event so they let him use an original playstation controller (the one without analog sticks). He just complained every time he was on the mic. Dude had the second best controllers as a substitute... Axe had DK bongos and he never complained just laughed it off. But I should have expected the guy to be a complainer since he is swedish just like leffen. Anyway... ban box controllers.
