Handling of case not too bad? Are you kidding? The normal procedure is investigate first, then arrest, then charged within 48 hours. But this case arrest first (without evidence) then investigate, then charged after 4 months not 48 hours. Nothing wrong?

I worked for years with a top international Oil and Gas company. The Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics are very similar.
