I really like the layout, but it feels a little weird to have to walk past all of the bedrooms to get to the main living area. If they added a front porch with a second entrance Into the kitchen/dining area, that would be nice. Also, a side door between the living and dining areas for a garage entrance would make it super easy to bring in groceries. If the garage was set back, you wouldn’t have to lose your big windows in the dining room. Just a thought...

I'm like you no door on the shower please - too hard to clean. The kitchen is awesome .. think you are right, that may be a small prep sink. I'd like to see the refrig covered like the cabinet doors in some of these homes, so it blends in and doesn't show fingerprints. Can't help it, older I get the more I see things I no longer want to deal with reaching, bending, scrubbing, and polishing. Ha Enjoyed this so much, thanks, Chance. You are the best!

Walk in front door to a sitting room- I spy master bedroom off that room-then walk through the private part of house=bedrooms and guest bath= to get to another public space in house=living room, dining area and kitchen??? NOPE. Who brainstormed this floorplan??? Now, take the kitchen, dining and living room and swap it with the master bedroom and you’ve got MY kind of house! Public spaces at one end, private spaces at the other. I please throw in a slider or French door so I can get to that bbq grill!!!

Everytime I think I've seen my house you show another one. I like this house. It's unusual layout and all . Ok, Hi Chance, I really love this house! ! This has to bo the most unique house I've seen since I started watching your videos....I just have tell you that I'm just an old country gal that grew up running from the city life...I've lived on some really cool ranches and have horses all my life....now I live on some small acreage just outside small town in Texas....anyways that being said, I love the outdoors, so naturally I don't care much for doors....like J n J bath....would be better with pocket or Barn doors....just saying, and of coursein the kitchen....that microwave would be better if not above the stove.....ok, just one other thing....the refrigerator......I'm not sure what is meant by counter depth, but it just sticks out too far... If I could afford this house......I would make those few changes n buy it.,,,,I really enjoy walking thru these houses with you....and for those that complain about the way Chance says Utility, well I guess we (Chance) speak the same language cause I never thot anything about how he said it...lol......Chance, I believe your Momma is proud of you.....I know I am....I can see you are a Christian and Love your family....God Bless you n your Family......your awesome......

Hey Chance, That Utility Room is big enough for one of those "Doggie showers" we saw in only one home you showed. I think they would be very popular. I would definitely want one! I really like a big flat top island, but a small prep sink would be handy. Nice house! Excellent commentary!

Great exterior and roof pitch. The grey and white is classy. I will say it has an unusual plan. It sure opens up beyond the hall. The living room and tray ceiling are beautiful. Very nice kitchen. It's gorgeous. I love the main living spaces. Those windows in the dining area are stunning! I would definitely change out the two windows in the dining area on the front wall for a sliding glass door and use that as my front door instead, though. That's the only thing I do not like; having to walk past all of the bedrooms to get to the kitchen and living space. I think that's stupid, imo. Not only for the purpose of bringing groceries in; I certainly wouldn't want to lug them through the entire home and I don't think that walking the bags around to the back of the home in order to go through the utility room door is very practical either, but also because my kid's rooms are always a disaster (5,3&1 so who can blame them lol). I just don't necessarily want it to smack my guests in their faces. lol. The master closet is a freaking DREAM. UGH. 😍

I love this home. I'm not a fan of open floor plans and you see almost my entire home as soon as you enter the door. I would use that space you enter in at the front door as a grand foyer. I personally would just use by back entrance if I need easy access to my kitchen. I love defined spaces.

Lordy lordy Chance! I love this. It's so bright and airy. Don't usually like islands but love the one in this beautiful kitchen. Back door would be useful to bring groceries directly in. Pantry would be good. Space in utility for sink and bench seat is good. LOVE LOVE LOVE the layout. All those windows! Master bedroom suite out of this world. This best one I've seen, worth upping sticks in UK and moving to States for! Love and peace to you and yours...

I would have to have an exit outside from the kitchen. Where the set of two windows are, that’s where I put a patio door. With the way it is, you would have to use the door off the laundry room or the front door to get outside.

I think this is one of my least favorite, something about the master and formal living room at one end near the entrance and the kitchen and den at the other end, I just didn't like. I know there was an entrance in the utility room, I think there should have been one in the kitchen/den area as well. Then you could pick and choose how you want to enter the house. Great job showing the houses as usual.

There are sliding glass doors in the den. That can be your entrance. My sister's family used her den as the main entrance all their lives.

I also found it to have a lot of wasted space and when I don't like how they did the master bedroom it should have had a hallway itself entering the office first then the closet or the office the closet to the side and then you know the master bedroom because I don't like my bed right when you open up the door

What is with the growing trend of having a window exposing everything into the walk in shower? They shut the commode up in a tiny claustrophobic closet of a room, but waste so much space for a shower with zero privacy. I don't get it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

And for individual showers, at least in homes I have lived in or visited, they all had doors made of heavily frosted glass that you only see vague silhouettes through. Might be a regional thing or older home thing. All i know is i would be hanging shower curtains on the inside of that walk-in over both the window and the doorway.
