I'm sorry you suffer David, my husband suffers very much as well. But I'm his only caregiver and I have several serious health conditions myself and he's extremely dependent on me for almost everything. Please relay to your fellow Parkinson's community how grueling it can be for caregivers as well. Especially when they have no family

Sorry to hear about the issues. Time change was rough…it did mess with my sleep some. I’m so thankful for sleeping pills. I’d never get sleep without them. Love the background! Hope all is good with you and the fam!

Hi Michele. It was definitely an exciting month that's for sure. We need some tough times to appreciate the good times more😊😄😃

So did you stop the Fresh food delivery or just select the organic options now?
@LifewithParkinsonsАй бұрын
Hi Nina. The organic food delivery comes every Wednesday I have not stopped it. It comes preset with the order but I can make changes to a certain point it's a lot of fun and really nice. 😊😄😃

That shower looks awesome! We are making some minor adjustments to help hunbun move around safer as well. Btw, did you wean off that sleep med slowly? Melatonen (plus a crumb of gravol) pulls me thru for now.)
@LifewithParkinsonsАй бұрын
Hi Rose. No I did not wean off my bed for sleeping slowly I did it all at once by accident I don't recommend it 😊😄😃

Thank you for sharing your journey and what is working for you! I have started watching your channel since my Dad has been diagnosed with PD. I wanted to ask if you have ever heard of a specific electric razor that would be good for a person with tremors to use? Thank you and hope you are having a good day!
@LifewithParkinsons29 күн бұрын
Hi Jill, thank you for saying hi. I have not heard about a specific razor like you described but there could be another way to tackle this problem. Please check out this first video of three about something called the VILIM ball. It might be easier to interrupt your dad's Tremors for a little while rather than try to find a razor to shave with. Please let me know if you have any more questions. kzbin.info/www/bejne/b6aZdmdsjpKGi8k

I'm sorry you had such a difficult month! Hopefully December will be better! I had challenges in November as well. I had a colonoscopy for the first time, everything went well with the procedure and the results were good but it made my Parkinson's symptoms very difficult to deal with, I'm still struggling 8 days later! However I made a discovery that I can take digestive enzymes instead of laxatives (for Parkinson's constipation)! I found one brand that works without any side effects! Have you ever tried digestive enzymes? I also started taking fish oil capsules.

Hi Linda. December will definitely be better but sorry to hear about your colonoscopy. Interesting that the digestive enzymes help I have never tried them. If I start to have some problems I will give it a go. I believe that omega-3 fish oil or anything is very helpful 😄😊😄
