When it gets easier to see the attempts at control or various pathways, sometimes it’s easier to go along with it for a time. There are a lot of people who have their families and responsibilities are always involved in change management. It’s just so much, it’s also true, it gets easier to see good people caught up in just bizarre work which did. It begin as such Gamesmanship. Lots of folks can still make those shifts and some will never be able to see clear into better. It is just that, but mostly, people are way more good than the bad decisions… it’s just a lot. Change is also not easy… The concepts of fractionated improvement/butterfly effects/agile/waterfall. It’s all workable. Funny too how large swings of needs like issues of varied groups over time can somehow make abuse or usurpation seem ok. It’s not of course, but it’s remarkable how often history repeats or reflects control in the face of very real and very awful historical context. I’m hoping and praying for better. Lots of good out there. I like the more strategic talks about spheres and influence scopes too. It takes s lot to make a lot work.
