They go hand in hand. I need my executive sponsor to articulate the vision and fire up a sense of urgency in people to help adopt a change and get people to buy in. And the change leader needs "the engine" to get it done and that's ... change management. I disagree with them bring "fundamentallly different". one is just strategic and the other is more tactical.

One has defined.boundaries. Often the outcomes can be defined. The other one is understanding the environment and positioning the organisation to deal with it.

Women wear ties too you know, and can be bald. Focus on the message. And I bet its bizarre that a male is speaking as well right? or is it a male speaking? There's nothing to be updated, you mean update it according to your views?
