My mom took me to hypno therapy when i was in my second year of highschool ( junior high) to help me get past my absolute mortification of how my upper arms looked. I always had to wear long sleaves and id panic to change into my gym clothes. I'm not really sure what happened but within weeks i stopped caring about them entirely. May not be for everyone but this vlog just reminded me how well it worked for me! As always lovee the chill vlog !

My skin has been extra dry recently too! I started slugging with a thin layer of Cerave healing ointment every night. It’s AMAZING. My skin looks so good. I just use it as my last step in my skincare routine. It feels a little sticky so I only do it at night, but it’s so worth it for the difference it’s made in my skin.

For your dry scalp use tgel melon and jasmine I have jet black hair and it clears it I also use camomile anti dandruff conditioner too and works with it aswell and leaves my hair so shiny. Just an idea!!

Baths are my thing too, I bought a massive bucket of Epsom salts from Amazon and throw a couple of handfuls in with a Lush bomb. Heaven. I have been using cbd for over 2yrs and it helps me fall asleep but also stops my anxiety during the day. I’m glad you’ve found things that help you xxx

Jaime I’ve used revitalash for years, but recently stopped after seeing several plastic surgeons on KZbin saying there’s an ingredient in revitalash and several other lash serums that are causing the skin around the eyes to age prematurely!!! X

Hypnosis is crazy. Ive been three seperate times with 2 diff therapists. Its hard to describe...i answered questions but it was like out of body experience cos i dont remember speaking. It was brilliant.

I've been curious about it for awhile, wondering if it would help w/ quitting ciggies, or whether acupuncture might be a better option, please keep us up to date w/ how it's working for u....8).....also, LOVE revitalash, I have very light eyelashes that pretty much grow straight down (which is a pain) and I definitely know that revitalash helped w/ the lash length when I kept using it.

Been using rivitalash for 5 months now. I lost majority of my hair, eyebrows and lashes due to having a baby. It's the best thing I've ever used. My lashes have never been so long. Only thing I don't like about it is it clogs my eyelashes up, so I have to deep clean them regularly

I use revitalash as well, but I saw a video from a dermatologist explaining how it works and saying how it is essentially bad for your eyes in long term use... so I don’t know if I'm gonna continue using them although it’s really good!

For the flaky scalp..try adding abt a tbsp of baking soda in with your shampoo.. so cheap and doesn't add an extra step in washing your hair

Sat here having used HA cleanser, PGA serum, Caffeine eye cream, peptide moisturiser and my Utan Jamie Genevieve facial spray. I used the 50% darker tonight as I’d faded a bit but I’ve been using the regular one 😂, influenced muchly. Wish I could wash my hair in the bath, the conditioner just doesn’t wash out, my hair is too fine so it gets greasy really quick. Then you start putting Davines oi oil on and I’m sat here with that in my hair 😂. I had hypnosis when I was 15, I had an issue with hiccups lasting for hours around when I did my GCSE’s, you could get it on NHS back then, I’m low threshold, at no point whatsoever did I ever go under or did it actually do anything. That’s the reason I haven’t tried again for anything else. I wish it would work, I really do. X

I go back and forth with Revitalash and Latisse. I love how long and thick they make my lashes. The Latisse works a bit quicker for me. So I start with Latisse and then switch to Revitalash when my lashes reach my eyebrows 😃
