Quick and easy!! But it was a lil hard to see the 17mm screw...I guess I’ll find it 🥴.... can someone access the filter without the wheel being turned? Hum I think someone may have tampered with my cousin’s mdx let out some oil 🤦🏽‍♂️

you know what? I just did my oil change right now and it takes 5.0 US qts. the big bottle. just replaced my filter and oil again. didn't record it this time. I will next time.

@@HidalgoMotorsCo when you look online everywhere it says 4.3L or 4.5qt for the 2nd gen MDX. Maybe it can take a bit more I guess.

Yeah my owners manual says 4.5 including filter. Putting in an extra half quart won’t hurt and might be helpful as these motors do consume some oil, be more time before you have to add some LoL

what oil do u use ?

I use full synthetic 5w-30 oil. I think it was Mobil1 oil.. for high mileage engines... don't quite remember exactly, I will be uploading another video on an oil change soon. stay tuned!

I've used Fram filters a zillion times, never had any issues.
