Best explanation so far. Even better than Callaways. Quick question. Upon teeing off. The ball goes to high and goes to the right towards the end of the flight. Thus I'm loosing about 15 plus yards down fairway. I'm using a Callaway paradym. Help me set my loft and draw. I'm a right handed golfer.

If you think your ball is going too high with the driver, turn the first cog on your driver to -1. This will bring your club loft down 1 degree from its stated loft. You can turn the other cog to the 'D' setting which will make the club more upright, hopefully fighting your slice. Hope this helps! Thank you for watching.

Great video, thanks. I also use XR 16s. Great set of clubs, very forgiving and can be found for a bargain price nowadays

Thanks for the demonstration. How will these adjustable clubs age for the Am golfer who buys used clubs years from now? Will some have a short life from threads stripping out or breaking down from moving parts?

Aligning the hyphens together. Aside from the grip rotating and the shaft turn somewhat, does anything else change from the loft/lie/face angle if you don’t line up the hyphens? Example: If I set it to N/S on a 9* driver but don’t line up the hyphens, will still play at standard 9* of loft and standard lie angle? Just with the grip and shaft rotated a touch? It does it do something more drastic?

N is neutral for lie setting, not loft. S is for stated loft which is the loft stated on the bottom of the club.

Thank you, couldn’t believe what I was hearing. So many if it’s on the internet it must be true. Be careful on these help videos, although they sound like they know what they are talking about, “ not so much”

As a new left handed golfer, im slicing to the left. Is there a setting i can adjust to?

I am a right handed golfer and have recently bought a second hand xr 16. I have a terrible draw, how do I adjust this club so it slices more? On the bottom ring, it has S, N, D and +1. I understand the N is for neutral lie, and I understand the D stands for draw. What does the S stand for? And what does the +1 stand for? Any help is appreciated, thanks
@ScratchGolfTips Жыл бұрын
The S stands for the stated loft of the club, so if you purchased a club with 10.5 degrees of loft, the S will give you that loft. The +1 indicated adding a degree of loft to your stated loft, which could help work away from a hook. Thanks for watching!

How would i be able to get my 10.5 degree loft driver down to maybe a 5 degree loft?

Simple, just cut it I half. Use a hacksaw though as a chop saw may grab and snap the shaft.
