I really love the quality and visual fidelity of your tutorials. I'd love to see the same being applied to other games. As for "diversifying" with "game news" and such, I feel like that's the quagmire. News has to be hot and quick and that makes for sloppy editing and rushed over dramatisation. Livestreams and such is.. okay, but I think the hallmark of your change and what sets it apart is the quality, calmness, and elegance to it. Not sure what you'll choose, but good luck to ya buddy!

@Sir Timbers, what i really genuinely enjoy is pro gameplay WITH pov + voice. I've always struggled finding videos like these, with the actual voice chat so we can see what is actually going on in the team's mind while playing. The speed, the stress, the joy, the screams. This is really what me and most my friends enjoy most, because genuine talk beats commentary. Now in terms of commentary, maybe something like Day[9] used to do for SC2, is deep analysis of gameplan / strategy / decision making. I'm not sure that can apply to great lengths in rocket league but that would still make a decent amount of content in terms of lengths/quantity, but also quality.

The question is, can you make/a you willing to make "quick and easy" content? For what I've seen so far on your channel I would answer this question with a no. You put so much effort in each of your videos to make them pleasing to watch and even this explanation video shouts QUALITY all over. Especially people who have worked with video content before, do appreciate the extra mile of work you're putting into every video! So what should you do? It's really up to you! You came up with this Channel; you made all these high quality tutorials and you decided what style they should be in. You've gained 17k subscribers and your videos have been watched over half a million times with "only" 9 videos, that's a pretty good turnout rate, if you ask me ;) People are following quality content, or they are following people who can put out content in a regular manner. If you can manage to combine both = WIN WIN WIN xD Personally I can see you reviewing or explaining stuff. Games, Movies, Books, Art. It doesn't necessarily has to do something with Rocket League. You've got a great voice and the editing skills to put out good content. The ultimate question is just how much time you are willing to put into this and where it should lead to. But this is only for you to answer ;)

@sir timbers i leave this comment with the hope you'll see it and acknowledge the views i, and im sure most people watching this video, have towards your channel. the videos you edit and the content you create are unparalleled to other top creators. the edit/montage you created was boundless with skill and technique and almost all of the comments boasted upon that fact. the editing skill and flow of a video you can create is unique. each video I've watched, i can tell when there's been a few chop and fades or whether the person has taken time to create top quality content that is separate from the norm. i guess the point im trying to make is that sir timbers has the best videos I've seen in a while. not many people do what you do anymore and such channels are hard to come by. all the best in your future my friend. fantastic work 😃

Overwatch Tutorials! Not sure what tutorial it would be but maybe drills to get better, game theory, positioning, strategy, how to use a hero, etc. There's a lot of videos out there about it but the quality of your videos, without a doubt, surpasses it. Your Rocket League tutorials are amazing and I think your Overwatch videos would be phenomenal. Overwatch is really complex and I'm sure there's plenty of videos that you could make from that game. Whatever you decide to do, I'll still be subscribed (: Good luck!

how about some in-depth analysis of very creative/efficient/game-changing plays or strategies used in tournament matches? and maybe showcasing how players can integrate these moves into their own playstyle. also, tutorial ideas: - overtime tutorial (how tactics/playstyle should be adjusted) - no-boost tutorial (what to do when you don't have boost and no time to grab some: defending, shooting etc) - arena tutorial (differences and characteristics of the arenas)

Maybe analysis would be good. That in combination with your visual explanation of why certain dicisions are good in certain situations. The visual explanation in your tutorials was your strongest point imo, besides your clear way of explaining things through talking. You can combine these two in analysis best probably. If you continue with an educational style in your videos, there are still several routes you can take. In depth analysis of a spectrum of players is always helpful for both new and old players, explaining the basics and giving advanced tips to those higher on the ladder.

Just be yourself, and would be interesting to see you; a skilled videogamer progress in other skill based games, from noob to pro etc. Its great to see progression and where story progression in a game such as Res Evil 7 will be the same irrelevant of who does it, with games of skill, progression is more entertaining in my opinion as learning curves are different for every person. Enjoy the tutorials, you seem like a decent guy. Make what you want to make and I'm sure we'll all still be here to watch :D

Something more general and less technical than your other tutorials. Example: "How to win 3s? For Challengers." And you explain the good passes at that level, the way to shoot, how to be better than your opponents... I would love to see these! Thanks for the good work! (Sorry if bad english)

What I'd want are videos of your quality. What made me subscribe to your channel was, more than the tutorials themselves, the quality and enjoyability of them. You can do Reviews, Gameplays, Lets Plays or whatever you want as often as you want but please keep the quality standard as high as it is right now, you're awesome!
@SirTimbers7 жыл бұрын
Quality over quantity will always be my end goal. It can be a bit more difficult to keep as many effects and motion graphics going in non-tutorial videos without overwhelming the viewer, but I will try my best. Don't be surprised if it takes me a video or two to get it up to par (or fail at it).
