i discovered u from a while back when u used to upload a lot and i felt like unsubbing cos u stopped uploading but i just thought if i did that then if u uploaded i would probs never find u and forget about u so i stayed a sub and now after a while i check and u made a new video 2 months ago, sick bro

Welcome back! I do think that placebo is a very important aspect that you didn't bring up enough. I remember when the Twinzer came out, people knew it had the same Octane hitbox, but people felt like they could do some things with it that they couldn't with the Octane, and vice versa. Yes, if an AI was playing rocket league optimally and knew exactly where its car hitbox was, every car in the same category would be played the same. However, as flawed humans, seeing our hitboxes visually can give us confidence to pull off different stunts and feel as though we can make a touch that we "couldn't" with another car. This doesn't take away from the numbers approach that you took, but I think it's important to address. You kind of did by bringing up the Scarab versus the Octane, but I think it runs a little deeper than that. Great vid!

So if there’s so many cars with the octane hit box why don’t people use the other ones aside from octane and fennec? I recently started using the dingo and I’m enjoying it. And I use the Skyline a lot
