I make decks in a Secondary School in Wales, I often point the kids to your excellent channel and they are blown away - often they ask if you are also a Design Technology teacher! Maybe you should think of that as an option, big upside is access to all the kit you mention! you'd inspire a lot of young people. PS what are you planning with CNC router? Hope you are on the mend after the C19 also...

Best of luck with everything. I can't say enough good things about a cnc, it really opens a ton of doors for board builds. If you're looking for a budget machine I can reccomend the Sienci Longmill, it's comparatively cheap but built well. As a bench top machine you have to tile (break up) the cutting for snowboards but it isn't too bad after a learning curve. Red Barrel Skis (yt) also has a cool build based on a modified x-carve, I would have built it if I could source the machine cheaply here in Canuckistan. Just some other options for you to look into.
