Aaaaah thank you so much! I too am excited to see, hahaha. I have a couple of videos I’ve been working on over the last few days and one that is likely to end up being a two or three part series, so stay tuned and thank you for sticking around! ❤️❤️

I also struggle with social media, and my phone in general (so many friends live far away 😢)

I feel your pain! It can be really rough when all of your closest friends live outside of easy traveling distance. It’s funny though, I swear my feeds show me less and less of my friends and more and more advertisements instead. Maybe I need to find a way to shift the focus in my feeds!

I have a spicy 🧠 too 😂 and I make videos (@chocolatescool). It's been awhile since I finished and posted a video too. It is a butt load of work and that can be demotivating by itself. But you know, it's not fun or youre not getting anything out of it, then dont do it. Life is too short for self imposed obligations. what helps me stay on track is making a list of what I want to accomplish for the day. I tend to flit from one thing to another, sometimes without finishing any of them. It makes me feel like I haven't accomplished anything. The list (I use a day planner) helps with that because then I can look back and see what I was supposed to be doing and it helps with feeling inadequate because I cant remember what I did do for the last week. I can see what I did accomplish which helps me feel motivated to keep going. I cant really help with sm. I used to scroll for hours, more in a state of I dont want to do anything. Ive come to realize it's pretty boring. If I do scroll, I try to limit it to down time in the evening and never for more than a few minutes. All that being said, I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of content you want to make when you feel like making it :)

Omg hi fellow spicy brain!! 🥳 you are totally right, and I think coming to terms with the fact that it’s ok to not share projects/not finish them if I’m not vibing with them is super important for me. I end up in a guilt cycle and then paralysed because I feel like I can’t start the next project that WILL make me excited unless I finish the previous one. Lists will definitely be a help - I find it really useful in my work life to break up tasks into manageable chunks and I’ll definitely try to apply the same logic to my video projects. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and advice you’ve given and I can’t wait to share my next video or two soon! ❤️❤️❤️
