Lee Mack is ridiculously quick, but this is a Northern thing. Anyone who's spent time in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool or Newcastle, or any of the surrounding areas, probably came up with the same thing the moment "Arginine" was pronounced that way. I know I did. Still a very funny joke, but this was a Northern comedy moment rather than a lightning quick one.
