What about them jailing an innocent man protecting his family whilst the criminals go free? Utter scumbags

Oh , we aren’t meeting our targets. We must prosecute more. So let’s lurch from one injustice of not convicting the guilty, to another injustice of convicting the innocent. Numbers. Not people. Numbers. Numbers. Statistics , bonuses , retaining high flying police jobs. Numbers.

Allocating responsibility to the CPS prosecutor to update the national database of previous convictions history is the equivalent of asking the devil to mind our children and expecting them not to be touched, nothing could ever be more inappropriate or corrupted, as evidenced by concealment of such an outrage.

8 counts of rape, I count of a bank of rapes between 2 dates, strangulation, battery, control and coercion, CPS declare a very strong case. Suspect initially bailed on tag, tag removed following false submissions by a bent solicitor and the accused is roaming around the streets and already targeted his next victim. The justice system is broken! 😢

One thing that would help the situation would be if women never made false allegations or were given the same punishment for doing so. Because the bar is really low in terms of someone making a rape allegation (male or female) and another person corroborating it for the accused to essentially have their life ruined. That would help as people coming forward would be the genuine ones and their words would hold more weight. The second way I would tackle this would be direct prevention. Remove the UK handgun ban and give people the right to defend themselves. We know how many deaths are caused by firearms in this country (because its tracked) but we dont have the number for how many crimes like rape and assault could be prevented. Low estimates in the US are millions of preventions every year. Give women the means and right to defend themselves: kzbin.info/www/bejne/roDZiGSVaLKfqZo

Beyond reasonable doubt! It must be unanimous. Every hurry member must go through a long process. BEFORE they are selected to serve. Every jury must agree in either conviction or acquittal. ALL 12 MUST VOTE FOR GUILT OR ACQUITTAL! THAT IS KAW AND ORDDR IN THE USA 🇺🇸THAT IS PART OF OUR 6TH, AND 8TH AMENDMENT!

all you are doing here is creating huge numbers of lonely men - the men are scared to try and obtain intimacy, and the women are being encouraged to reject intimacy and to report their sexual experiences as negative

Oh I've made a mistake, I thought CPS stood for Cannot Pursue Sexualabuse. Does it mean something else? Someone corrected me and said it stood for Crown Prosecution Service. Well you just have to laugh if this is what it stands for.

It takes an astonishing lack of self-reflection to watch a video about a woman getting raped and murdered and think "won't someone think about the men?"

The answer to your question is- very few. And how many women were raped with the rapist not being procecuted? How many of their victims' lives were ruined? But I guess you want to care about your blokes cuz you consider them your tribe, nevermind that they rape.

What their not telling you is that the police should take over the charge (like in Canada) on behalf of the victim, so they aren't coerced out of it by the offender.

When the girl mentions that the cps wanted medical records etc and she felt she was the one being interrogated. Well this is what will happen by the defence if she goes on the stand so the cps has to see if they have a good case. Can’t see how they can change this. It’s basically do we spend taxpayer money on cases we will lose
@Jordan_Starr
@Jordan_Starr 3 жыл бұрын
They can request medical records relating to the crime or from a relevant time period - they can't legally just go on a fishing expedition through your medical records from birth. They know this, but they ask victims for it anyway.
