8:41 Well here's a fun fact. The studio behind Inspector Gadget originated in Canada. When she was a kid, Cree Summer's family moved to Canada. In Canada, there was a rule on casting. Your cast must be at least 50% Canadian, born or residence. Cree Summer got the part because she was a canadian resident back then (it was years before she moved back to America). During production of Season 2, the studio who made the show moved from Toronto to California. Because of the Canadian law, Cree Summer and Dan Hennessey were replaced with Holly Berger and Maurice LaMarche. But then again, this special was made in 1992, this was when Cree Summer was in America (and still is). So why didn't they call her to reprise her role as Penny and replace her with Erica Horne?
