It is in fact one of the most painful feelings especially when you care so much about someone and just want to give things a chance. He once said to me he doesn’t see a future with me and wanted to see other women but kept stringing me along with breadcrumbs. I was looking at things in the 5d and just kinda stayed around. I had to block him just so I didn’t have to witness him continuing to flirt with women online. Since the beginning my intuition just kept confirming he was afraid and running. Pile 1 resonated! I'm very impulsive and impatient and that coupled with my ADHD makes me feel insecure about it because it's especially hard for me to stop my impulses. My intuition is quite strong, I am an empath, and I have OCD too, so whenever I feel my person's energy and notice his actions without having an explanation for it I feel out of control and uncertain. I have a strong fear of/anxiety about uncertainty and feel the need to push for info and know everything. I'm still working to heal and change that. Pile 1, you mentioned how he's not using me for sex, I said this exact thing to him after a conversation we had on Thursday.. He asked if we could see eachother & I basically set some boundaries & told him im not comfortable with us just seeing eachother for one night & then not talking for months etc (Its a cycle we've been in for a long time & I've realised I needed to put a stop to it, it just wasn't helping the situation) Anyway, I think he kind of thought I was implying that he's using me for sex but I wasn't implying that at all & I had to reassure him that I don't think that.. Pile 1. I don't consider waiting SIX YEARS as being impulsive or pushing him to commit. If he can't figure out his life in SIX YEARS then he's never going to figure it out. I"m 56 and he's older than me. It's not as if we have 20 more years to figure this out. BTW, I've never given him any ultimatums, just insight as to why we feel a deep connection and often trigger each other. FTR, he has always treated me differently and been harder on me than my peers. There is a reason for this. Instead of just having a heart to heart, he runs. Our connection is very intense. I know this scares him and I get that. But at what point does a man have to grow up and handle relationship issues as a mature adult? Does he keep getting a pass because as you say, he needs more time to understand the situation and learn how to verbalize his feelings. Good God, my Black Lab vocalizes his feelings more genuinely and aptly than my guy, who is my TF. This entire journey is incredibly frustrating! I have prayed and meditated on this for a long, long time. Nothing happens. We live 20 minutes from each other. He's had years to determine if I'm important to him or not. He has all my contact info. I'm no longer giving him my energy nor my heart. I will be moving to FL by the end of this Summer. His opportunity to reconnect with me will forever be history. And that will be HIS CHOICE. If he loves me so much, he'd make an effort to contact me. No reading nor reader is going to change those facts.
