it was just opened at end of june and will open again at end of august. This allows me to provide customer support to the new batch of students in waves.

Are these usable for non-cinematic, regular gameplay? So far anything Ive done with fluids has been really performance heavy, and if Im wrong/this gets cleared up I would love to take this course and apply it to my current project.

Not at this level of quality. You'll need to lower the amount of pieces and resolution of smoke to make it performant enough for your game. I treat them as if they are for cinematics.

Is there a way to not have to import Niagara, every time and have it live in every new project? I imported Niagara once it was such a lengthy process that I've avoided doing it for a year since.. I've been a 3D generalist for 12 years why a lot of unreal plug-ins like this?

What do you mean Import Niagara? You just enable the plugin and it lives inside the viewport

To be honest, these UE simulations don't look as realistic as the 3ds max, IDK why. Maybe try houdini.

@@Hasan-t3e4o there are 2 kinds of stimulations in Unreal > Flipbook stimulations or 2d stimulations from materials & > Gas Emitter 3d stimulations > they look realistic and perfectly fine> I think u work on rtx 4090 to take more realistic stimulations from Houdini or Embergen of cache size of 10GB for single flame/explosion> and making 500Gb files for 10 minutes video but bro we don't afford rtx 4090 and we need much realistic stimulations at GPU cost effective methods> so Unreal works Perfect and achieve almost 70% results (if not much) > that seems pocket friendly and free than running movies of 100 Crores budget> I hope u got my point
