Feminists have been brainwashing women and men to think that the CEO of a company is somebody who should be respected like a goddess so long as they are a woman, but the mother of healthy children whom she spends a ton of time around and perhaps hours per day just to make them breakfast, lunch, and dinner is a mindless slave-whore of the great invisible patriarchy. They do this using your tax dollars by "teaching" in colleges where students learn for years about how every single tradition and piece of culture in Western Civilization is the pure embodiment of evil. You can't use logic, reason, or debate to argue with them because those are supposedly tools of the cis-white hetero-patriarchy designed to do nothing else but oppress all women and non-whites worldwide. Trust me, I sincerely, from the very bottom of my heart, wish this was all just some sick joke. It's not.

Right on all counts. It is a tragedy seeing kids being stuffed with chicken nuggets and turkey twizzlers or what ever, their parent crying they "don't have time to prepare fresh meals everyday" when they spend it with their faces fused to their smartphones or on the sofa watching the idiot-box. Parenting has taken a real swan-dive in the 21st century.

One of my favorite videos of Jack's that I've made my sauce from. I even ordered the right canned tomatoes he uses. Let me tell you, this is the best bolognese sauce I've aver tasted. Usually when ordered at a restaurant it tastes sharp and tinny to me. Not this one, probably because of the tomatoes and the simplicity. I have to confess though, I put a lot more Parm on mine after plated. and don't forget to finish in a hot skillet. I didn't one night and I could tell the difference. Take it to a family reunion or camping too' It's always better as leftovers and I like putting it in a nice Italian bread loaf or just eating it cold. Darn it's now 12:30 am and I'm craving it. RIP my old Friend. Don't forget that people, the girls are still selling Daddy Jacks seasoning (and merchandise). Red bell peppers, or capsicum as it's called where I live, is a cool novel idea for a Bolognese. I think I'll try it out the next time I make it. Edit: I've tried it and I must say that the inclusion of the red pepper gives the Bolognese a unique taste that's unlike any I've had before. The cream too. Really nice.

In italy we do not absolutely use red pepper in bolognese sauce. We use celery instead of. And the wine should be use to vanish the meat at the start when the pot is very hot. At least: NO CREAM, DAMN. at the end of the cooking, just two finger of milk to balance the acidity of the tomato and the nuanced wine. Ps. We cook it for 3-4 hours at low flame. No paprika.

@benm44543 жыл бұрын
@@Robsos2010 true, it may not be shit but this objectively is not bolognaise sauce and he just spouted off some shit about “this is how they do it in italy”. Bolognaise is a meat sauce made with stock, not a tomato based sauce. He even got the soffrito wrong- onions, carrot and celery not red peppers 😂 I’m a chef in london, if I served this to an italian chef at work and called it bolognaise, he would spit in my face. I like american cuisine but so many yank chef’s claim to cook authentic cuisine from “back home” when its pure bullshit. Italians are militant about their food culture, these recipe’s have been passed down from generation to generation since ancient Rome. Feel free to bastardise recipe’s as much as you want but don’t claim it’s authentic.

RIP....I wish I found this cooking legend sooner! He really was an amazing person. He is so right about planning meals. He also reminds me of my Italian grandmother when she cooked! I have been married for 35 years and I have 4 boys ranging from 17 to 29. We almost always had a home-cooked family dinner. Even the times when we had football practice or baseball games, I had something ready. Maybe frozen, maybe something I whippped up that morning to reheat. It's not always about time, it's the planning. You also save A LOT of money preparing your own meals and you know what the ingredients are! My nana made her bolognese very similar to this!!!!
