Weirdly enough, I was just thinking yesterday about the fact that this game was the best out of the Crash remakes, and that the variety of characters was probably the best part about it.

Yes and yes, I loved the game, yes it could've been better in areas, but for what we have is awesome and definitely what I needed after being disappointed with Mario Kart for years thanks to MK's questionable item balancing, also the devs lack of balance of Legendary Skins between characters where some were given way more attention than others, need I remind about the Trophy Girls and Coco.

Personally, for a weird pick I always wanted to see Crab, the very first basic enemy you face off in the entire series. It's just I felt like the roster was lacking in normal enemies and maybe some would've been nice (But I can see why they didn't go down that route). Plus, I like crabs, they're cool

For me, I would have added Ripto, Bianca and The Sorceress since we got spyro characters too. From the crash side, the evil twins, Willy, a Crash Tag Team Racing worker, and a fake coco to go along with fake crash

When the crates became playable characters, I did feel a bit for Sparky the robotic assistant. After all, Sparky was the constant companion in the original Nitro Kart, was highly regarded by both Aku Aku and Uka Uka, and had that cheeky personality with how it would pretend it was going to hit a character in the face when called.

I 100%'ed this game yesterday and its so sad to see this game get abandoned because its genuinely the most fun kart racing game I've played. Its very fast and very responsive! I might also be biased because I played it a lot when I was a kid

Not from Crash, but I think Elora was sorely missing from the Spyro Grand Prix. Having Gnasty Gnorc instead of her felt so random, especially since no other villains from that game made it in.

Im surprised they chose Gnasty instead of Ripto, I'm not super familiar with Spyro but I feel like Ripto's the most iconic antagonist out of the 3 from the trilogy (maybe that's cause he was one of the main antagonist in one of the two Spyro games I've played (that being Spyro Orange with the other being Legend of Spyro on DS)

I couldnt tell you why but that skunk is by far my favorite side character in the entire crash universe, when you said "another back and forth enemy" I actually jumped out of my chair... While crash twinsanity is by far my favorite crash game ever, I haven't played it in at least a decade and I can still remember not just that skunks dialogue, BUT HIS VOCAL INFLECTIONS AND HEAD/ARM MOVEMENTS! Like that skunk has deadass tattooed himself on to my brain for absolutely NO reason and im completely here for it😂😂

I remember jokingly saying back then that the reason Willie Wumpacheeks never made it into the game was because at the end of TTR, He ends up as a puddle of slop on the ground and so i jokingly told myself that he was just canonically dead and couldn't ever come back because of it. obviously i know that isn't true and wouldn;t have stopped Beenox i just thought it was a funny way of explaining his absence.

The Tribesmen could've made it in. They certainly had the assets. Any of the basic enemies, really, as well as their variants which could be used as skins, like the turtles with their spiked and buzzsaw variants. They could even do like Crash on the Run did and use scrapped characters like the pink elephant from twinsanity. I'm down for N. Tertain from the canceled Cortex Chaos game.

After seeing this, I’m pretty sure twinsanity was beenox’s least favorite game considering how many of the characters from that game didn’t make it in. My own suggestion, that I’m mad Lewis even forgot, would be evil crash. He gets a sticker and a reference in one of the tracks and that was it.

Honestly, I'm kind of disappointed the Elementals weren't added to Nitro-Fueled. Yes, I know, they're masks and wouldn't be actual racers, but it would've been cool to have Elemental Skins that would've used the Elementals as the Invincibility Mask power-up. I mean, Rustland already proved you could assign a Skin with a special Mask power-up, so it wouldn't have been that difficult to do the same with the Elementals. Also, I wanted Brainwashed Skins for Polar, Pura, and Dingodile. You know, when they were racing for N. Trance in Crash Nitro Kart?

Many Karts and all of Tracks from Crash Tag Team Racing are missing from CTR Nitro Fueled, sad... I wish Beenox releases expansion pack in the future, new adventure story (CNK version, and CTTR version) to make the game live again~

I expected to see Bianca in the Spyro update, as it was specifically named "Spyro and *Friends",* but instead of getting a nice nod to heroes from all 3 games we got the final boss of the first one lol. Also there is a bit of a shout out to the skunk in the form of a skin for Crash, and even Baby Crash if I'm not mistaken.

Talking about the Iron Checkpoint Crate, its exotic skins can be it's Crash On The Run counterparts. The nitro skin can have like green splotches on it while the frosty, inferno and oxide skins are the same.

As cart racing games go, this was the most entertaining of all. It was always fun to anticipate what they might add in the updates, too. This needs a sequel. It’s like the Crash people are either avoiding it, or somehow don’t realize this was the best thing they ever made.

Evil Twins, Wumpa Cheeks, and Viscount would've been a cool idea, complete with a rogues gallery-themed grand prix, and an Evil Crash skin. Mr. Crumb would've been too much of a deep cut, but they could've had another King Chicken scenario in order to unlock that one skunk. Also, they could've reconned the first Rilla Roo as "Fake Rilla Roo".

I feel like the devs had a preference for characters associated with racing (Yaya, Hasty, The Trophy Girls, Chick & Stew) and characters who had previously been playable (Megamix, Rilla Roo) over characters who were more prominent or popular. That's really the only way I can understand why they'd pick obscurities and non-entities like them over main villains and memorable one-time bosses from mainline Crash games.

People thought Mr. Crumb was going to be a playable character. As well as Willy the Wombat. The devs also teased Guy in a Crash Suit from the Crash Bandicoot game trailers. Other than that, I personally wanted either the Brat Girl or Doom Monkey from Crash of the Titans. As well as maybe Stealth Elf because of the Skylanders Academy series. There is one more character I wanted to see but I forgot who it was and its now bothering me.

The game could get a revival with new road map update since the buyout from microsoft but I doubt anything will come of it. Mario Kart 8 got its population boasted with new tracks from past games and additional characters. It can be done.

It might be because I grew up with the PS2 and didn't get the classic PS1 games until years later (I swear Crash Twinsanity might be a legitimate contender for the one game that had the most impact on me as a kid) but I felt like Twinsanity was a bit neglected in Nitro Fueled, though looking through the characters I feel like it makes sense Nina was the only one to make it in. The Evil Twins would have made sense for a more Twinsanity-exclusive rep, but I think figuring out how they would work in a kart would have been the tricky part, though I might have just gone with having them in some device inside the kart or floating above it or something. Amberly could have made sense and given Megamix is in there she could have worked, but given she's not one of the most memorable parts of Twinsanity I can see why they skipped her. Rusty was just in one segment and I feel like the reference in Rustland might have been enough, and while I'm convinced the skunk is one of the best jokes incorporated into a video game I feel like putting him as a playable character wouldn't be as funny as the idea of doing it would be. I wouldn't be caught dead trying to disrespect Twinsanity but I honestly think Viscount was more likely to get into the game than anyone from Twinsanity besides Nina

I thought Ripto was more iconic than Gnasty. As far as novelty characters go, one of the gasmask Tag Team Racers would have been fun. I felt that the skins were lacklustre, I mean, Cortex but his skin is red? Instead of Cortex Coco?? Geary could have had a janitor outfit etc.

Evil Crash and Evil Cortex should have been skins in the game. I know Good Cortex never was actually in Twinsanity except for 1 deleted scene and concept art, but it still would have been cool. Also, I’m still waiting for the modern console upgrade for Nitro Fueled. I’m not paying $40 just to play it on PS5.

Personally, I always wanted the Warthog from Crash 1 to make it in. You have the other rideable characters - Polar, Pura, and Baby T - so I don't know why he was excluded. Beyond that, I would've liked to see Mr. Crumb from 99X, though that's such a deep-lore cut that it was probably unreasonable. But what I REALLY wanted was more guest characters from other games. I wanted to see Elora, Ripto, Sorceress, Bianca, and Professor from Spyro, and I also had fantasies of a "Playstation All Stars" pack where we might get Spike and Specter from Ape Escape, Lara Croft, Ser Daniel Fortesque, and some other big names.
