Isn't it hard to draw on the texture? I don't really like it. I tried a couple months ago and was disappointed. Your drawing is fantastic!

Thank you Nancy! Yes, if its a rough textured paper it can be challenging. But it helps to keep your pencil very sharp!

Thanks! The pouch is made by edge pro gear, you might could use powdered charcoal and make your own with a little sock or something.

Hello, I just found your channel after searching for charcoal drawing on YT. Hope you are well I notice it's been 7 months since your last post about orphan paintings, which are beautiful btw. A quick question for you if I may. Did you mean the Strathmore 500 series paper when talking about the paper you are using in this video? I can't find any Canson 500 series paper but am familiar with the Strathmore series. Wishing you the best. regards,

Is it possible you are talking about Strathmore 500 Series Bristol Board? I dont think Canson makes anything with a "series" designation.
