I just took ownership of a new Lennar house. The craftsmanship of the work is horrible. And this after a 3 month delay in delivery. Examples of the issues: garage door openers not engaging, clothes washer spraying out water from the back, dishwasher not installed correctly, weatherstripping missing from 3 external doors. The list is very extensive. A construction manager was supposed to come several days ago but was a no-show. I am now doubting the construction of the whole house!

What an unfortunate experience. Sounds like a a bad work crew which happens from time to time with new builds. The Warranty department will remedy your issues. Follow the guidelines for submitting your issues in the prescribed way. Best of Luck.

Did they ever come fix your issues? I’m looking at a house but I’m nervous because I haven’t heard anything good about them.

@@Me-kf4og We move out after 4 weeks. After 6 months they have finally fixed all known issues. Even some of the repair jobs had to be repaired. I will never even think about purchasing from this builder again.

For every 100 happy customers there are a fraction are unhappy buyers. That's capitalism but take confidence in a warranty department that is top notch and gets any repairs done if needed.
