I used to live outside of Ocala, hated my whole time there, not a safe place to live. I was in a 55+ community. The place he is talking about is only about one place.

I am thinking Florida has Higher Property taxes, as they Have Zero State Income Tax . It is a great place for IRA withdrawals in Retirement.
