If I've ever only just barely done a pose before, I can almost be positive that a charlie follows practice will have me do something that I feel pretty great about. I'm a total convert. There just aren't enough good things to be said about this 30 day:) having so much fun

I definitely agree. I know. She genuinely wants to share this beautiful practice and to have us succeed at it. The way she shows the steps they're simple. She has the one 1⃣ two tips to do it right and then I feel confident and just accept it. I'm doing this! I did it om both sides!! I did it earlier today and almost cried. My first half of the hour I aim for every day was 40 min relaxing and challenging?I think it was. I feel like a million zillion bucks

This was one of my favourite classes!! I couldn't do the full pose, but I stayed with my both legs in the mat and with a big smile on my face I just thought "I am a strog knot!" :)

I loved today’s peak pose challenge! Bird of paradise is something I can do bent forward or standing up, but getting up from bending forward is so difficult! I get stuck every time. I can only imagine the image I am creating-lol! Can you offer any tips?

I wish I could have you as my in person yoga teacher! I found you coincidentally but I am so thankful. I love your classes, I love the way you guide us through, the way you gently prompt us to listen to our body but also challenge it. I could do the second bind on the left side only I never heard of the bird in paradise. But I enjoyed the triangle and place my hand next to my feet. Thx.❤😊❤😊

I'm a true testimony of things will become easier the more you practice. The first time I did this challenge, bird of paradise was totally out of my league. After 6 months of being consistent, I can now lift my leg (still wobbly). I'm extremely proud of myself!!! I didn't get discouraged the first time around, instead, I became determined and focused. Again, Thank you Charlie for another great class!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hello, thank you for your time and dedication to the content. In my humble opinion the last three classes are of a high level, in my opinion these types of sessions at the beginning of the year are to get you hooked on practicing and they should be for "all levels", the difficulties of some postures are too much (at least for me..😉😉), I consider the risk of injury to be significant or so, with great regret, I have to abandon your sessions. thanks again for your time!! all the best

I’m a few days behind due to being sick. But today I felt so good in plank and almost graceful in triangle. Controlled. Finally at day 22. I modify a lot of poses. But I never feel overwhelmed. I’m inspired each practice to go a little further. Thank you.

The bird of paradise has no worries of too much opposition from me😂😂. My upper arms are feeling the extra pressure points from the bind in entering the pose, but I gave it my best shot and as all poses, with practice one hopefully improves, especially with your careful guidance. At least I didn't end up in a tangled heap on the floor. Day 22 marked off now thanks Charlie. Namaste.😍💛💙

Charlie, what an awesome practice! I don't follow the 30 days of yoga as i like to have my workouts be yoga and catdio/strenght-training , but I've been loving taking the practices one by one! It wasn't my first time doing Bird of Paradise but I was able to extend my leg for the first time! As someone suffering from anorexia, when I actually enjoy working out, I feel very very happy. Qnd each of your classes is deeply enjoyable, which is why I'm so thankful I found you.

Oh Charlie, I missed the routine flows for a while in these 30 day challenge. I felt we were constantly upping our difficulty level and sometimes found myself flailing. This reminded me of other practices and familiar flows and I'm thankful. Thank you for starting me off this week really good. Now off to the next challenge. Btw that paradise bird had my groin in some sort of.................

That little Bird of Paradise kicked my bootie! Much to my surprise, even with my bad shoulder, I was able to do the bind on both sides😊 Could not stand up on one side. Could stand up on the other side. I could never straighten my leg; something to work toward. Thank you Charlie for making these advanced poses not so scary 🙏❤

This was my first time ever trying BOP and while I definitely didn’t go any further than the first step I feel really good about my progress so far during this challenge. I was never really able to go too far with my binds before, but today I was able to get my fingertips to touch on my right side!!

And this is how brilliant you are... had a go, managed 50% of the pose on one side, not so much in the other... but you game me courage to try, the steps and patience to get to where I did, and the confidence that with practise I'll probably get there, and the faith that even if i don't, I'll have made progress and will have done what I could. This is my first time doing your 30 day challenge . I just discovered your channel last year, but have been practicing for a few years. I have never been so challenged with these advanced poses and never thought I’d be able to perform them….with your guidance and smart progressions I’ve been able to achieve more than I ever thought my 58 year old body could accomplish! Yesterday, I was practicing day 21 of the Yoga Challenge as seriously as possible but I couldn't help but laugh. My 2 year old son arrives and sits next to me on the carpet and like doing downward dog and raises his leg... Oh my god... Lot of laugh! :) My partner took photos... so funny. Charlie, you energize everyone... Big and small alike. ;) 7 days left! Go Go Go!

It's a great class. When it comes to balance postures, always one leg is stronger than the other. The bird of paradise pose was my first attempt ever. Again, I managed to do it on one side while having some difficulty on the other. Thank you again, Charlie, for spreading this beautiful energy🙏🙏

BOP is such a fun pose to work on 😍. Loved everything about this class, especially the hip- and hammie stretches - which felt amazing after my Pilates workout 🔥😛. A great combination between balance, strength and flexibility. Thank you, Charlie 💗!

The benefit of this being a video was that during the bird of paradise segment I was able to watch it then repeat it until I understood the directions. I sort of had the pose on the first side but I couldn't stand up on the second side. I feel truly humbled and realize there is much to learn and work towards!

Left leg BOP is my biggest challenge! I’m finally able to do it after extra time spent. Practice, practice and I know it will come easier. Thank you for making this 30 day challenging. I bring myself to the mat ready for what you will teach and comfortable in the fact that I will accept where I am today and know this is my journey and I will continue to evolve as long as I continue my practice. ❤

Great practice. For bird of paradise, I actually got my foot off the floor on the right side, and even stood up on the left side (first time)! Thank you for your excellent yoga videos. The pace and cues are perfect, and I love your locations!

Thank you Charlie for giving me the confidence to try new poses. My bird of paradise didn't quite make it today, but that's OK. Some of the binds I find easily accessible, some not so much. This was a great class to push some boundaries 😊.

First time doing bird of paradise. I couldn't hold my hands, hold the pose for long or extend the legs BUT I could touch my fingers during the first bind and I could lift myself from the ground up all contorted so I'm counting this as a total win. Looking forward to revisit this pose. Thank you Charlie, the tips you gave in your short really helped me with the binds. See you tomorrow for Day 23 already!

Thank for another great practice!❤👍🏻🌹👏🏻 I did not manage even to touch the fingers of the other hand on left side bird of paradise, so there still a lot work towards. The other side went better (but it still did not take me off the ground, so a lot of work, too😉)On the plus side - I did not dislocate neither of my shoulders.🥳And I feel much better now then before the practice. 😊 So once again - thank you!❤🍀
