I'm coming into 2 yrs of yoga in a 54 yr old body & I love discovering that I can do a pose that was impossible before yoga. And with you I never know what's coming next so it's a fun & rewarding discovery!

I see so many posts on instagram about the “trauma releasing yoga”. It’s just hip opening. The feel good flows are side and back stretches. And hip openers. I believe that cracking and stretching backs and opening hips definitely boosts your mood. Feel good flow for sure. Anything with wild thing makes me happy

Un très beau flow ! j ai beaucoup aimé et la posture ou il fallait tendre la jambe derrière la tête est très difficile. encore une posture que je vais travailler grâce à toi :-) Merci Charlie pour ces cours qui apportent tant de sérénité et bien être

Somehow I move from the latest challenges to the first one, and I need to say that after I hv started to take ur classes daily I obviously noticed a great change in flexibility, balance, strength… even though arm balances (like crow and headstands are far to reach) after like 2,5 months im proud to say that I can do compass, or sugar cane, or flying/modified grasshopper… and these are the poses I hv never tried before… so thank u so much… ❤

Omg I did compass! Almost didn’t get the left leg straight- I had to push through a painless crunch 😬. But I did it and I’m proud af. And grasshopper on the first side gracefully. The left I fell on my butt started over. I can’t believe the ease in which i do the poses I’ve never done because Charlie knows what to stretch. In what order to be able to just roll in or up into or lift a leg or whatever. I cannot believe how easily I’ve made 500% progress in a month! crazy.
