Another great yoga routine! I'd never thought that you had to feel the stretch in the other hip flexor, when you're hugging one knee in a laying down position. I always thought it was in the back of the leg you were hugging! I learned that today! Thank you so much!

I started practicing Yoga for a hard pain in my lower back. Pain is gone and I’m hooked with the practice for life, it has improved my health and posture so much!! I particularly appreciate Charlie’s lessons because she always gives hints on how to make asanas more accessible for beginners, or when you are doing them for the first time ❤

I've been doing yoga on and off for about 5 years. Recently I had a long break and kept putting it off. I would go to a yoga class but would find the poses so difficult so after dreading going to it again, I'd quit doing it for months. I really wanted to give it another go as I remembered how wonderful I used to feel during and after yoga classes and I thought this was a real passion for me. This January challenge is such a gentle and nice way for me to come back. I am so glad I found you Charlie as I noticed myself looking forward to doing these sessions every day. It's good to go back to basics for someone who hasn't done it for a while and ease into it again. I feel like my love for yoga is coming back and it's all thanks to you❤

Day 7! Thank you for this practice Charlie. I appreciate the slow moments that allow my brain to shift and sort through my thoughts. With the wintertime, seasonal depression and the first snow of the year today, my body is feeling extra tired but I am glad I came back to this challenge and my commitment to myself.

This first week went so fast but it was brilliant coming back to yoga ❤ My wrists and hamstrings are usually super stiff but I already noticed the small change and ease of the stiffness. And for the first time in years I did a yoga practice during my period! (endo doesn't help😢) Which means that this week of practice helped with the cramps and was easy enough to do even when I'm not feeling too well 🎉 which is fantastic 😍 I found your channel a few months ago and I love it. Thank you for your videos! ❤

This was perfect. I overdid it yesterday and had a stiff wrist so this felt perfect and has left me soft and floaty. Thank you for guiding shavasana, I’m still learning so having that step by step process of centring and relaxing is so helpful

Sore and tired with a bit of anxiaety before return to the work after x-mas holidays, but I did this and it was calming and feels good. Sore in the body. Totaly unflexible but I give a gift of change to my body. Now. Again. I do not know why I always stop doing yoga in such long periods and have to fight to get back. I hope I find disciplin this year.❤
