Resting the sacrum on the "lowest setting" of the block was a game changer. I've never felt such a deep release before. Thanks so much for this! btw: I've never made it this far on any 30-day challenge. Your plan is perfect.

I’m really enjoying these practices. I aim to do a yoga practice each day but often spend nearly as much time choosing one as doing it! So it’s been great not having to think but to just get started. I also love that your sessions are full time movement - so often a 20 minute or 30 minute practice is actually only 15 minutes of movement with 5 minutes or 15 minutes of shavasana.

Thank you for the enjoyable class. It's amazing how different the two sides of my body feel in the half frog posture. I was much more comfortable with my right leg bent level with my hip than the left.

I loved the shinx/half frog variation and would like to complement you on getting such relaxing and refreshing practices into such short periods of time and yet I still feel like I am holding the poses long enough and lying in savasana just long enough for my purposes....that takes talent. Went away on holiday, forgot my mat and then my mind stayed on holiday when I got home 😅 I'm back to it after five days off. Thankfully this one was gentle! Still LOVING this journey, thank you Charlie ❤

Hi Charlie, Thank you for creating this 30-day beginner yoga challenge. My friend and I are doing it together, holding each other accountable through remote body doubling. I'm a lifelong beginner, with periods of regular practice and long breaks. At 46, after a three-year hiatus, I resumed yoga last year sporadically, but I’ve struggled with flexibility and felt zero progress and great defeat. This challenge is finally helping rebuild my yoga muscle memory and I can really feel the improvement in flexibility and at last feel hopeful for more. Your approach is warm, inclusive, and clear-other YT teachers often make me feel inadequate, but not you. One suggestion: when demonstrating poses where limbs are hidden from the camera on one side, perhaps start with the side where the limb in question is fully visible. Thanks again-this might be the first challenge I complete in real time. On days we fall behind, we do a "Double Bill," completing two sessions back-to-back to catch up. We also just realised you alternate between gentle evening and more challenging sessions! Really glad to have found you Charlie! Best wishes Danu

Thank you for this stretch my hips appreciated it. I do struggle with kneeling, one of the reasons I started this program was to be able to kneel again. I can finally reach my bum to my feet. But man does it pull from the hips to the knees. Needless to say today was a stretch for me.
