Way to get the energy flowing with the spinal motions and twists at the start of practice, I was shaking in certain poses as the energy flowed through. From not wanting to get out of bed, to now taking on my day it's wonderful how 20 mins of yoga can transform your mindset. Thank you for another great practice Charlie 🙏🏻 Day 8 done 💪🏻

Charlie I have been following you and doing your classes for a longtime now and I just wanted to say how grateful and appreciative I am for the opportunity to do so. Your manner and sequencing of the classes are phenomenal. The way you take the time slowly to ensure we as beginners/ life learners is excellent. Thankyou! I think I may have mentioned a while back about being a male and you allowing for certain differences in anatomy and also showing and explaining the differences is excellent also. Blessing of health , wellbeing, abundance and joy always to You Charlie, Your Family, Friends and All your practicing viewers and subscribers.Watching your channel grow just goes to show you are blessed and it can be done . I have tried for many years now to complete a 30 day challenge in January and I havent managed to succeed before. By now, im usually flagging, feeling overwhelmed and too tired to keep trying each day. This challenge feels more accessible and i find myself wanting to do the practise, even with low energy. Thank you, for the first time ever i feel like i might stay consistent and get to the end of this challenge. Im motivated and enthusiastic. Looking forwardsm to tomorrow!

I am 81 years old and have just begun yoga again after a pretty long layoff. I shattered my leg 4 months ago, so haven't been doing any real exercise of any kind. I began your 1st (of 30) classes and on that first day realized just how stiff my body had become. I just finished class 8 and already feel much more flexible. I will continue!! Thank you!

Yay, I have made it through Day 8! I am in my 60s and out of shape -- what I especially love about your instruction style is that you give enough time for transitioning between poses. Usually I find that "yoga for beginners" instructors severely underestimate how slow and out of shape someone can be. :) Thank you!

Just getting back to the program. Have had about 10 days of crisis with brutal shifts at the hospital, wildfires, evacuations, and helping those in need. It feels good to get back to this to help destress and decompress. Despite being behind, I’m cheering everyone to stay with it as best you can. Thanks for the goddess pose tip to keep the spine in neutral. Really helped. Be safe everyone and blessings to you all.

You're not "behind"! What's so wonderful about yoga on KZbin is that we can set our own schedules. You are doing something so important (shifts at the hospital...), making a difference for others during a crisis. Glad you're able to find time to self care.

@@AngelicaSaintignon You're doing heroic work and saving people's lives. Don't beat yourself up about "being behind" for such worthwhile reasons. I'm just happy for you that you get to decompress a bit and do some exercise at all! Take care of yourself and if I may say so: try not to make something that's supposed to help you relax into another reason for stressing yourself! ;-)

Thank you for sharing this practice. I found the explanation of pressing through the shin and heel in low lunge allowed me to extend my spine in a way that I had not previously been able to.

One week in, this is by far my favourite of all the 30days yoga challenges on KZbin! You're such a wonderful teacher, I love that you don't distract me by talking about philosophy or pets or self love or make jokes during the practice, Im interested in all those things but to fully give myself into the practice and feel my body and relax my mind, I prefer simple yet clear instructions only. Thank you for being such a benefit for my life!

I just need to say how incredibly much I appreciate this challenge and it's creator. I'm 22 and have never been active. I tried yoga during the pandemic in 2020 for maybe two months but I never exercised every day and I think that's where I messed up. I'd say I'm gonna work out like 4-5 times a week but always made excuses and ending up exercising maybe twice a week if even. Even when I tried a 30 day challenge from Boho beautiful it just never stuck and I never finished. From then I tried starting over several times throughout the years but it never worked. But since I found this channel I know this is the teacher I need to follow as it's just the pace I need to want to work out every single day even when I feel low. Today after 8 days of this challenge I touched my heels to the ground in downward dog for the first time in my life and I felt so proud for myself for showing up every day and just doing it. I also already feel so much stronger and I'm able to flow much more fluently. So I just want to say the biggest thank you ❤

day 8 completed. thank you for this challenge. It found me in the part of my life when I have 2 months old baby and these few minutes of yoga helps me to balance my body although I do not have time every day. I´m going in a slower pace 🤭 also, I would like to mention that your voice is great and I love that I can follow your instructions by just listening.
