Charlotte & Alexander ||Sanditon S2|| Hold me while you wait

What makes Sanditon so incredibly engaging and powerful is its complexity and sophistication, with the subtle-and yet quite real as well as sensitive-undertone of a script that is working on two levels. As a result of the singer's words sung in the background, we become more aware of the subtle, never spoken emotional journey that Alexander and Charlotte are on as they are drawn towards and then push away from each other. There is a great deal of subtext in Alexander and Charlotte's relationship, that is quite apparent from the Sanditon casting team's choice of actors. Whether or not you selected "Hold Me While You Wait" precisely for that reason, I thank you Misstweet.

Auch ich bin von diesem Video so berührt... Es ist so so eine bitterböse Liebesgeschichte. BEN und ROSE spielen so echt und natürlich. Ich war noch nie von einem Paar so fasziniertund berühert. Sie besitzen beide ein grosses Talent! Durch das Video werden für mich die Zusammenhänge klarer, die Musik ist wunderschön. Leider ist in Deutschland Sanditon nicht zu sehen. Danke für dieses besondere Video. Und auch Danke an die "Macher" von Sanditon... Ich meinte natürlich bittersüsse Liebesgeschichte!!! Ich kann es nicht lassen, die Videos immer wieder anzusehen, besonders dieses hier!

Cette vidéo est si touchante et si désespérante à la fois. ALEXANDER se confie enfin à CHARLOTTE afin qu'elle comprenne pourquoi il a tant de mal pour communiquer avec son entourage. Ils apprennent qu'ils ont été trahis tous les deux d'une manière abjecte. CHARLOTTE aujourd'hui a surmonté ce douloureux passé et elle veut vivre sa vie de jeune femme. ALEXANDER n'a pas pu tourner la page ; sa souffrance l'a rendu solitaire, mutique. L'arrivée de CHARLOTTE est un choc émotionnel pour lui. Il tombe amoureux et ne pouvant le lui dire il la regarde, la contemple. Que ses regards sont intenses, si doux et si enveloppants : ses yeux avouent son amour ! CHARLOTTE l'a compris et ne peut qu'y répondre favorablement. Ce couple, au passé difficile, va essayer de s'accrocher à ce fabuleux coup du destin qui leur est réservé. Ils sont jeunes, beaux, voulant réussir leur vie ; alors ce nouvel amour est leur chance pour une fabuleuse résurrection ! Tout ne peut pas se terminer d'une façon si désespérante ! L'amour peut soulever des montagnes (dit-on ?) Alors que la 3ème saison les ramène tous les deux à SANDITON, qu'ils comprennent que seul le dialogue les rapprochera et qu'ils laissent leurs coeurs parler ! Ce couple ne peut, ne doit pas se séparer ! Ils sont faits pour vivre ENSEMBLE leur merveilleuse histoire passionnée ! Je pense que Jane AUSTEN ne désire que cela !...... Cette vidéo est d'un romantisme digne du 19ème siècle ! L'émotion est dans les regards, dans les paroles échangées. ROSE et BEN sont bluffants de naturel dans leurs rôles. Ils ont un redoutable talent. Bravo à eux et à toute l'équipe de SANDITON.

I must say I'm dissappointed with Charlotte's story. Not for real romantic souls as me. None of her men fought for her. Look at Babbington or Fraser, they are true men and did the right choices. Charlotte was only kissed few times, that's all but never proposed. Of course, I don't count the scoundrel Lennox. The third season can save everything but will it? I'm not sure if the end will be really satisfying because my expectations are very high because of what Charlotte had to suffer so far.

We all know S1 wasn't supposed to be the end of the story, but unfortunately it was. So, when the show got renewed, they had to restart (kind of) Charlottes story in S2. Which I think they have done a good job of maturing her through her journey of love and lost with Sidney. S2 like S1 was the laying the groundwork for what's to come:) I really believe S3 will blow our minds, and you will see everything Charlotte went through was all worth it in the end:) It does stink that we had to endure 2 seasons of prepping for the outcome:( So glad we get to see in S3 Charlottes HEA:) I will also say that Babbington, and Fraser are side plots so there stories were always going to conclude a lot quicker. I don't know a person that liked Mr. Darcy in the beginning of P&P, be patient with Sanditon. Like I said all the groundwork is laid and S3 will be the outcome!
