Such a beautifully dreamy and magical tribute. Charmian was certainly was one of the prettiest ladies in 1960s. I can only vision of meeting her in my imagination instead of real life. If she was still living I would have loved the opportunity to meet her. Sadly this is not possible.

She never acted again after Sound, and I’ve always wanted to know why. She was an interior designer in California at the time of her death.

I think she gave up showbiz because of she'd continued her acting career, she probably would have had to do nude scenes, and I can't see Charmie doing those kinds of scenes on the big screen.
