Meh. It's attractive from the outside, but the house has a strange floor plan. The kitchen is far too small and the dining room is huge. How many people would use it? Also, I don't like bathrooms that are right off the living room. There doesn't seem to be a lot of storage space either.

I like the outside, though the stone pillars are a bit too thick - compared to the lightness of the rest. Same with the flue. Inside is a bit jumbled. Don't like the small kitchen (almost no counter space). A small fridge + pantry would make more sense. The dining room is huge in comparison. Also don't like that access to the balcony has to be trough the bedrooms. Maybe it could also face the backyard - for more privacy. Two huge bedrooms also make not much sense - if one could be a guest room or for kids. Maybe a little study?
