Sweet place. Love the top floor and terrace. Basement and terrace makeover. Paint the walls picking up the warmer tones from the tiles to tie it together. It would be a really fun project. ❤

I think I would make that into 3 units. The space upstairs is big enough to be 2 separate units and I can see how the entryways could be set up. Then the downstairs as a 3rd unit. Is there any other entryway for the cantina? I’d hate to lose that space, but closing up that entry in the floor would make that space more usable.

Wow that's a awesome house especially for rhe price. I could do alot with it . But its just me so it would be way to big for me . But the smaller one with the cantina would be good for me then could rent out the big house as well. Either way I poce the house. Just can't retire just yet . Have another 6 yrs. Before I can retire early. So I'll just keep building up my retirement money and my 401k tell then.
