@loweharman8985 Thank you for your comment and for watching my video, I am glad you liked it. The house is privately owned and you can live in it, it does require some renovation though. I can't say if you can build another house on the land but usually you can add extension and covered patio to the existing house In Italy. The size of extension depends on the land size, bigger land means bigger extension. To build another house you would need to apply for approval from the local office. The second one is my favourite too. It ticks all the boxes, it has garden, olive trees, neighbours near by, lots of space, moveable but still bit of a project and close to the town. You are given the name of the town so you can look them up yourself. It is unfortunate that Italy doesn't have MLS, but I've been able to track down the property I was interested in fairly quickly.

Stay away from Puglia. My parents bought a home there and were robbed 3 times within the first year, They lost everything they owned to the thieves/workers who did the work on their home. It is a dump on the Adriatic sea and is freezing in the winter.
