I just bailed on a camping trip at 5am. We We're near whitefish point and the skeeters were brutal.

Worst, eastern UP camping anf fish trip, basically what you experienced the whole time... until night. Once the temp dropped is was like the mosquito switch turned off right after sundown. Best decision was the nerdy $1 mosquito head nets I picked up for everyone. They literally saved the trip. I literally was getting bit on the palms of my hands and in between my fingers I try to describe to people who have never experienced it and finally it's here in video.

Out of control man. Just a lot of rain or something? What is the deal? Just nuts. Cool you still got some fish, but got it all on film. I have had some days with gnats, mosquito, and other stuff on small streams in PA.

Have you ever been to Alaska? Pretty serious up there. I remember killing 100 skeeters with 1 wipe of the hand over my head, then another 200 descend. I was literally driven mad, in the tundra of Denali.

Worst mosquito incident was this weekend in Amasa, my hands are swollen from getting bit so much!!! Have to figure out a way to get rid of these little guys....without using deet

I’ve been trying to fish an area of the fox river for about 4 years. Every year I’ve gone up to that area, mosquitos are that bad. And we don’t even get out of the car. Maybe this year is the year...

Worst video you've released so far! Painful as heck to watch! I've been in a few situations like this, and it just brought back so many horrible memories. Down here we get crazy buffalo gnat hatches that can absolutely ruin a pleasant day on the river. Love the camera dip to save the spot, cracked me up.
