Few things in life are better than waking up to the trill of Varied Thrushes in the woods come springtime. Perhaps going to bed with the song of Swainson’s Thrushes mid summer before the woods get quiet again.

MW, you never cease to deliver with your gorgeous western adventure scenery! Enjoyed seeing the pre-Spring Idaho backcountry. I've found too that it works really well for me to pre-make meals or food items at home so all I have to do in camp is heat 'n eat. Really impressed with how the drone work is coming along. Now if I can just get BD incorporate some drone shots in his vids. 😉.

We're definitely in "shoulder season" here, even if it is a bit early this year! The drone is a work in progress, but I am committed to getting better. It's a nice tool to have to help tell the story!

Trail Tacos and Breakfast Burritos for the win...BOOOM! Funny to see Timber with the Zoomies made me laugh a bit. Isnt it nice to go somewhere where we can use our flying camera its an expensive tool just to be sitting on a shelf at home. Hope to see Val out a little more this season, hopefully her back is doing well. Ding Dong! Hike On!

Travis, what trailhead did you guys start at?
@mountainwanderer9 ай бұрын
Well.... it's only a trailhead in the winter. On the river road if you drive up as far as you can (just past the work camp), they quit plowing the road and it turns into a snow machine trail. That's where we started.
