This is exactly what I am experiencing. I'm healing my own body and mind and feeling breath in places I never felt it before including my chest where I had open heart surgery and spin from scoliosisand degenerative disc disease which was probably caused by the breath getting stuck in places. Also got off all prescription medications for anxiety, pain, and depression and chose to be completely vegan. Also having a lot of emotional releases about my mother and how she values herself through doing or cleaning which made me feel like I was never doing or cleaning enough. But now I know the truth of the power of love that I am and she is because I am learning to listen to my pain and send love to it by stillness, breath, or moving meditation and she gave birth to me so I can help her and others heal their pains by doing the same. Thank you for sharing your wisdom with me because I try and share what I'm experiencing with other people and they don't understand yet, but I believe one day they will because I was them a year ago.

Hi !! From Korea. I have been practicing Ashtanga for 4 years.. but im not good at it.. i have been motivated from your tube. It’s awesome I’m 58years old and always i’ve been painful from asana sometimes knee injury , shoulders injury, back pain ecc. Better and worse. So i doubt sometimes and ask myself “ i’m too old to practice ashtanga? What if i become a disabled ? “ something like that. Whenever i doubt i read Iyenga “Light on life”. But always i’ m afraid of injury maybe because of my age . Do you have any advice for me?

You have supernatural abilities. That's not motivating. It is almost inaccessible and makes me depressed. Less perfection could be the better way. I love Yoga and nobody is perfect; sorry.
