When I lived in Vancouver in the mid 80's my boss owned a 661/2 Corvette, same colour as yours, 4spd., 427/425hp, convertible, white top and white interior, knock offs and side pipes, I was a young gear head back then and was admiring the car outside of the business, he came out and asked me if I liked it and, I said, hell ya, next thing I know he's throwing me the keys and says "take it out for a spin". One of the great thrills in my life, I only went about 4 square blocks wasn't going to tempt fate.

I've been to 1983, and if you sold a 12 year old Plymouth for the price of a new Corvette back then, you would have considered that the best decision of your life.

In Toledo Ohio, one of the owners of "Superior Uniform", Lou Darra showed me his collection of Hemi Challengers and Baracuda's. This was twenty years ago. You might want to call him at the business and talk cars.

I bet LMC could make some great content today and not have to show episodes from a decade ago. They are still open and I am sure have plenty of new stories to tell.
