Lol, the off-focus of the off-focus was funny. starts so meta and ends so meta, i loved the whole thing super interesting how y'all tied it to happiness at around 21:00. this "where to be unmuddled and where to let go" point has me thinking of, well, that, but it also made me realize that there are some things where i want to participate/that i want to do/etc bc they bring me joy, but where i don't necessarily think it's "mandatory" that i do it in an "unmuddled" way, it can be muddled but still something i want to do. Interesting 2x2 matrix of "unmuddled-muddled" axis vs "want to- don't want to participate" axis, reflecting a bit on it makes me think that there is stuff in at least 3 fields (wonder if unmuddled-don't want to should have stuff in it) i'd be interested in knowing what the "off-focus meditation" equivalent from around 43:00 is, who those "no mind" meditators. maybe i follow some already but now i'm more interested, i hadn't paid attention to that "no mind" thing in this context the "how to spread bullshit in a way that fixes bullshit" question was hilarious and it has me thinking about your classic "focus on what you want to see more of" lol. i think that's what i set out to do on youtube, that's the reason why i'm fascinated with mrbeast, and what i thought i could and wanted to help people with. the headset midwit meme helps me get it better, i liked how it all connects together
