Chatting with Author/Herbalist KhadiYah Preciado & Making her Pomegranate Goji Tonic

Welcome back to the herboratory! In this video I sat down with KhadiYah Preciado from Her Healthy Home KZbin channel to discuss her new book and make a recipe from it. We made her delicious & refreshing pomegranate goji tonic while also talking about some of our favorite tools for the apothecary and our love for herbalism. I just realized the text was incorrect when adding in the orange peel to the recipe. It was only supposed to say 1/4 tsp dried orange peel or 1/2 tsp. for fresh. I'm always making little mistakes & typos in the text and don't notice until the video is up. 😅 Anyway, I want to thank KhadiYah for sharing this amazing recipe with us and remind everyone to go check out her KZbin channel and online store! wow...what a grounding talk....in this current up side down world.....i feel we have floated away from the natural...after I watched this video..i was thinking women like you 2 will be the leaders of the reconnection with the natural world...i hope you will do more videos together-you both are showing what the future world needs thank you

Having fun with the plant world. never do I get poison ivy reactions since eating three leaves in spring. Last time I ate it was three years ago, so might be good for life now. Never have to think about residual urushiol on surfaces or clothing. Khadi has such a bright shine, thank you for bringing her light to my screen. I invited camomile to my farm and a year later there it was growing at my front door. I can imagine the work you put into these, what with the video insertions to coincide with dialog.

I just subscribe to your site and I love the indepth report you did on rose hips and heal all, I would like to see a similar report on spice bush ( Lindera benzoin) not to be confused with north Carolina spice bush , I'm fascinated by this plan and what to know more about it has there been any resent medical studies
