I loved this song in 1996 and I love it now. It was so neglected by the juries. What a masterpiece. I loved polish entries in the 90s. They really pushed the boundaries but weren’t really rewarded as much as they should have been. Go 🇵🇱 love from 🇬🇧

Thx. In the 90s we had the courage to send songs that we just thought were good. Then everyone started wondering, if they were "Eurovision enough" (whatever that means). Since then we've been sending almost nothing but garbage :(

I think she was before her time, honestly. With the nostalgia that exists amongst hardcore Eurovision fans these days for native languages & emotional, dramatic songs, and also in an environment where a song like this could stand out more amongst it's peers, Kasia would actually do pretty well, if this song competed in, e.g. 2016, rather than 1996.

Very heavy-handed and uncompromising vocally. Especially the way she looked on stage, like a girl who has escaped a very bad situation of some sort and that gaze at the end. Polish entries for 95,96 and 97 were all so brave and unique in their own way. Bravo to her for such an amazing perfomance

We trow pears in Eurovision and polish artist back on sheelds so no one want to go there anymore ( not from established great artist) . So just amators and new faces want to risk. Not after Mietek Szcześniak I think... he is one of tha best men vocalist in Poland. He got terrible place anf from this year polish artist boycot Eurovision. I think in this year with Krystian Ochman is little change cos we got great pkaces in Eurovision Junior. But if again our beloved artist will got worst position then Cleo with My Słowianie- it will stop this progres.

Bardzo nerwowo śpiewa, głos jest ściśnięty i ucieka jej. Ale i tak będą komentarze, że najlepsze wykonanie ever na Eurowizji itd. :P

Ale czy umniejsza to mocy piosenki i charyźmie Kaśki? Dla mnie nie. A Ci, którzy słyszeli ją, Kasię, pierwszy raz, nie mieli zapewne żadnych oczekiwań, stąd jej naturalnie mocny głos, nawet mimo słyszalnego ściśnięcia słusznie mógł zrobić na nich wrażenie. Zwłaszcza w tej cudnej gęstociemnej jazzującej piosence! Pamiętam ten wieczór, 13-letni ja drżałem razem z Kachą, a jednocześnie rozpierała mnie duma. "Taką mamy perłę!", myślałem, zupełnie nie zauważając niedostatków wykonawczych, i to właśnie wtedy zadurzyłem się w niej na zabój! I do dziś jest moją idolką... 😎
