Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) softened butter or margarine
1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
