I'm visiting Vancouver in March, first visit since Feb 2020, and you have a vibrant food-reviewing community there. You're a bit out of your depth with this one. You should eat your nigiri in one bite. There is no need to use chopsticks for sushi- go ahead and use your fingers. That maki looked horrible- stuffed with fake crab; I'd never order that and it makes me want to avoid that sushiya. You eat curry like soup?! No! You spoon the curry onto the rice! You've acquired some bad habits that I wouldn't expect from a "food blogger."
