I rarely see you eat fruit, do you eat much fruit at all? This is why people crave processed sugar, low or lack of fruit intake. Fruit is healing like veggies, higher in calories too so you don’t always feel so hungry! I hope you can show more fruit.
@CheapLazyVegan3 жыл бұрын
I do eat fruit, maybe not as much as I should! When it comes to craving processed sugar, it really isn't as simple as not having enough fruit - there are tons of other factors involved. But yes, it's good to eat more fruit 😊

I track my calories to reach fitness goals. I tracked on this day for my own records. I also didn't count until afterwards so I didn't have to think about it during the day. Why does that take away from enjoyment just because I tracked?
@xant83443 жыл бұрын
I used to calorie count and I went on a vacation during it, where I still kept counting calories. Now looking back I'm glad I kept doing it on vacation because I can go back and see everything I ate on my trip! And for some reason that helps me remember each day of the trip, as a whole, better than I would otherwise. So calorie counting raised my enjoyment. It didn't lower it.
