TG's got dismissed for lack of prosecution, Apollo's was settled out of court, the DKF lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice by Mitchell himself, and Race's was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. I'm not sure if the TG lawsuit counts as one, but even then I only see two bad lawsuits at most from your conditions.

Race said he was careful about giving Mitchell any sort of uncertain explanation when trying to help him out. This is pure speculation on my part, but from what I gathered, I think he did that after the reaction from suggesting the videos might have been edited. At least he publicly apologized to Dwayne about it.

Paul threatened him because California is a two-party consent state, ignoring the fact that Coffeezilla is in Texas (a one-party consent state) and federal courts will always defer to the more permissive state's law. Some can believe it even after it has been proven false, and they are the only one who believes it. Their failures can even attenuate this belief and cause them to field more strategies with long odds. The original lies almost certainly began with Billy telling someone he could do something, then successively failing to do it until he was driven to cheat. The cheating for him is just fulfilling something he believes he could do. To him it isn’t even cheating, it is a shortcut to getting everyone to agree with his correct reality.

You know what really gets me about Billy doing all these lawsuits over the fact that he cheated? It's that all the time he's wasting suing literally anyone and everyone on the planet that talks bad about him could've been spent trying to get back in everyone else's good graces.
