1st. Super Mario Bros has been out for 35 years now, not 45. 2nd. The pitched audio was a major red flag and the fact that the amount of frames used in a TAS run was already a dead giveaway for a fake run. Giving props for trying to show some sort of reaction rather than acting all confident, but the inputs seem very reminiscent of a TAS run rather than a legit run which unfortunately won't get past moderators.

It seems like he was jokingly faking from 1:20 to 2:10. When he wasn’t pressing A in time with the speed run, I was suspicious.
