Everyone who says he's speaking too fast or doesn't like his inflections or his timing ..if you can imagine him speaking all of this in Spanish, it would flow perfectly and mot sound weird to your ears as it does to English speakers. The high pitch at the end is considered a question to english speakers, but a signal of continued speech to keep the listener engaged ( in Spanish). He's actually pretty funny, lots of truths there, just not the best crowd for him to understand what he's talking about.

If you have to explain a comedian then he failed. It has nothing to do with his speaking, language tempo whatever, he's just not that funny. Hispanic people laugh at anything related to them, which is why George Lopez lasted so long. I Know this to be true as I basically do what he does except I don't listen to my living room comedy friends and try to pursue a career. Like he said, warehouse funny and stand up funny isn't the same, he tried combining it. As a Spanish speaker, non of what you mentioned had any impact on his jokes nor would it have been any better in Spanish.
